Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support for our software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing Azure and .NET environments, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and technical issues reported by users.
- Deliver technical assistance via multiple support channels.
- Monitor system performance to proactively identify potential issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to implement effective long-term solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving support processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical support experience, with a focus on Azure and .NET.
- Certifications: AZ-104 and AZ-500.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
