Job Description
Inventio Tech Solutions is looking for a meticulous E-Commerce Order Dispatcher to oversee daily order operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped punctually to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming online orders efficiently.
- Coordinate packing operations with warehouse teams.
- Schedule and monitor shipments.
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and facilitate customer communication.
Requirements: Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in English communication. A Bachelor’s degree is also preferred.
