Job Description
Shift Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Time)
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking candidates to join our International Campaign focused on the UAE market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
