Job Description
RissoX is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and highly proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is crucial for providing exceptional executive-level support and ensuring seamless daily business operations. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders.
– Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings effectively.
– Prepare and organize reports and correspondence.
– Conduct research to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
– 3 to 5 years of executive support experience, ideally in a fintech environment.
