Job Description

We are looking for a committed IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will deliver desktop and network support, maintain system security, and assist with technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities: Install and configure devices, provide guidance on hardware and software usage, troubleshoot network issues, manage IT inventory, ensure data security, collaborate with vendors, and support the deployment of new applications.

Required Skills: Profound knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; networking expertise; familiarity with cybersecurity tools; excellent problem-solving skills; and willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, at least 1 year of IT support experience, and CCNA certification preferred.
