Job Description
The Paradise Kids Foundation School is in search of a motivated and personable Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly
- Handle incoming mail, documents, and packages
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Coordinate meetings and organize mail
- Schedule appointments efficiently
