Job Description
Job Responsibilities: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing system administration, network operations, technical support, security, and data management. You will also oversee project management, software development, employee training, and vendor partnerships, while engaging in strategic planning to ensure that our IT infrastructure aligns with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications Needed: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in IT support. A strong proficiency in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools is mandatory. Exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates should be available to work during both US and AUS time zones.
