Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for an IT Support Officer to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical problems.
- Install and configure necessary hardware and software.
- Maintain the functionality of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
