Job Description

1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic International Callers, both fresh and experienced, to conduct outbound calls to our US clients. This role is crucial for ensuring positive customer interactions and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives. Salary up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
