Osynix Group is actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Branch Manager for our prominent bakery and sweets chain located in Gujranwala. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in food retail operations and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing and training staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The Branch Manager will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences while consistently meeting sales targets.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food retail sector, a track record of driving sales growth, comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene practices, and exceptional communication skills.
