Job Description
Kamal Laboratories is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our recruitment processes, manage employee transitions, and foster a positive work atmosphere. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, facilitating employee transfers, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will participate in disciplinary meetings and assist in preparing final settlements.
This full-time position requires a solid background in HR management, expertise in policy development, and exceptional communication skills.
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
