Job Description
Maq Builders & Developers is currently looking for a polished, talented, and organized female Admin and Receptionist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be the first impression for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while providing top-notch administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet clients and visitors
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements: Female candidates only, 1-2 years of relevant experience, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of Rs 35,00/month for full-time work from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
