Job Description
We seek a disciplined District Program Officer to coordinate and implement district-level initiatives, liaise with local partners, and ensure timely delivery of results. The role requires close monitoring of project progress and budgets, effective planning of activities, regular field visits, and provision of technical support and capacity building to local teams.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in development, social sciences, or related field; minimum 3 years of program management experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel within the district.
