Job Description
Meta Logix Sahiwal is seeking a diligent Assistant Operations Executive to support produce sourcing and fulfillment. The role involves daily sourcing from Sahiwal Mandi and direct farmers; supervising sorting and premium packing of fruits and vegetables; leading warehouse staff and delivery riders; monitoring inventory to ensure freshness and minimize loss; and coordinating timely doorstep deliveries.
- Requirements: Graduate (Agriculture, Food Technology, or Business preferred); 1–2 years in food, retail, or warehouse operations.
- Skills: Strong local route knowledge, basic Excel and WhatsApp proficiency, honesty, reliability, and willingness for early-morning mandi duties.
