Job Description
Home Solutions (S. Abdullahome) is seeking a Plant HR Manager for its Faisalabad factory. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the role offers a market-competitive salary plus accommodation, meals, and additional benefits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and alignment of HR with production to optimize staffing and performance.
- Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, engagement, policies, grievances, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and cultivate effective employee relations.
Requirements: BBA/MBA in HR or related field; 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (ceramics, sanitary ware, or tiles industry preferred); strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and labor law knowledge.
