Job Description
Sustainability Plus (S-Plus) seeks an Education Counselor to advise students on study-abroad applications, admissions, and scholarships. Key duties include counseling on program selection and entry requirements; preparing student profiles and application materials; researching international universities; coordinating meetings; maintaining records; and supporting outreach efforts. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s or counseling experience preferred), demonstrate strong knowledge of international education systems, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet targets independently. This is a full-time, in-person role with an optional 3-month internship/contract. Compensation: Rs25,00–35,00/month plus performance incentives and opportunities for professional development within a growing consultancy.
