Job Description

We seek a professional Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate ride requests, assign drivers, and ensure punctual, efficient transportation. Responsibilities include monitoring driver status and vehicle locations, communicating pick-ups and schedule changes, handling customer inquiries and emergencies, and maintaining accurate logs.

• Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong English communication, ability to multitask under pressure, basic computer and GPS skills, familiarity with U.S. routes and landmarks, and availability for nights/weekends.
• Experience in dispatch or customer service preferred. Work setting: fast-paced office/dispatch center; 5 days/week with 3 remote days.
