Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Dispatch Coordinator to maintain product quality and ensure timely shipments. You will inspect products, record test results, enforce quality standards, coordinate dispatch schedules with production and carriers, stage inventory, verify packing, prepare shipping documentation, track deliveries, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Requirements: prior experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred; familiarity with QC procedures and logistics; proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; availability for flexible hours.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to uphold compliance and support reliable delivery performance.
