Job Description
Datasmith is seeking a full-time, in-person Office Assistant based in Rawalpindi to support daily operations with administrative, clerical, and organizational duties.
- Procure supplies and obtain quotations; manage repairs and asset maintenance
- Maintain filing and records; manage petty cash
- Support HR meetings and scheduling; assist staff with routine tasks
- Handle bank inquiries regarding remittances and perform duties as assigned by senior staff
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00 per month. Applicants must own a motorcycle and be available to work on-site.
