Job Description
Lead end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) strategy to improve satisfaction, retention, and customer lifetime value. Define CX KPIs and SLAs, leverage customer data and feedback, drive churn reduction, and lead AI, automation, and analytics initiatives. Align CX with technology, sales, and marketing teams and represent customer insights to executive leadership.
- 10–12 years’ experience, with at least 8 years in senior management
- Proven CX and service operations leadership
- Data-driven, strategic execution mindset; Master’s preferred
- Full-time, on-site in Lahore (preferred)
