Job Description
We are seeking a confident, fair, and hands-on Salon (Floor) Manager to oversee daily floor operations, lead and mentor staff, enforce discipline and SOPs, ensure client satisfaction, and professionally resolve complaints. The role requires close coordination with reception and senior management to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
- Female candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in people management (Floor/Salon Manager or Team Lead)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Full-time, in-person position
- Salary: Rs35,00–45,00/month
