Job Description

We are seeking a target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and sell web/mobile applications, digital marketing, AI automation, and support services. Core duties include outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups (phone/WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn), booking demos and closing deals, CRM updates, and proposal coordination.

• Requirements: 1–3 years in tele/B2B sales (IT preferred), strong English and Urdu, proven negotiation skills, and basic IT knowledge. Experience with UAE/US/UK clients and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
• KPIs: daily calls, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and revenue targets.
• Full-time, in-person in Karachi. Salary PKR 30,00–60,00 plus commission. Training and career development provided.
