Job Description
Hikmat Pump Pvt Limited seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales function on-site in Islamabad. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of sales experience in submersible or industrial pumps, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
- Lead and mentor the sales team; expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Manage key accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate demand planning with production and supply chain; prepare forecasts and sales reports.
- Drive achievement of sales targets with performance-based incentives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and target-based incentives.
