Job Description
eServMD, a leading healthcare services company, seeks a detail-oriented Patient Help Desk associate to join our Islamabad team. The role includes managing patient and physician availability, coordinating appointments with the front desk, processing reschedules and cancellations, and following client-specific procedures and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Prior U.S. healthcare experience as a Patient Scheduler preferred.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, adaptability, ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and collaborate across teams.
- Job Type: Full-time; Location: Park Road, Islamabad (in person); Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
