Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a Canada-based B2B outbound cold-calling campaign. Duties include making targeted outbound calls, building rapport, presenting services, handling objections, negotiating deals, maintaining call records, and achieving daily and weekly targets.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year cold-calling experience, strong spoken and listening English (B2+), persuasive negotiation skills, B2B sales comfort, goal-oriented persistence, and availability for night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM).
- Position: full-time, in-person, Monday–Friday nights. Location: Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg, Lahore.
