Job Description
Habitt is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive monthly sales, and coach store staff to deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes resolving escalations, managing inventory and merchandising, performing regular stock checks, preparing daily sales reports, and supporting audits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Retail), 3–4 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibility, proven leadership and communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position.
