Job Description
An Nafay Associates is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide in‑person after‑sales support at our Korangi office. You will resolve customer complaints and warranty cases via phone and WhatsApp, coordinate spare parts and repairs, record and track issues, assign jobs to field technicians, arrange parts, collect payments, and recommend upsell services to enhance retention.
- Qualifications: minimum intermediate education; 2 years of after‑sales experience
- Skills: proficient in MS Word and Excel; excellent customer service; proactive, detail‑oriented team player
- Employment: Full‑time, in person — Salary Rs30,00–50,00/month
