Job Description
E-Med Services is seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Representative to conduct follow-up, reminder, and service-update calls. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM logs, handling objections professionally, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting daily and weekly call targets.
- Requirements: energetic, organized, excellent verbal and listening skills, basic computer literacy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Preferred: experience in telesales or call centers, CRM familiarity, multilingual ability.
- Shift: 6:00 PM–12:00 AM. Work arrangement: in person.
