Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and ledger reconciliation. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, posting payments, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with sales and finance to maintain accurate cash flow records. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AR experience, strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and basic GAAP knowledge is preferred. This role requires accuracy, timeliness, and practical problem-solving to support company financial operations and month-end close activities.
