Job Description
Indus Travel Hub (UK reg. 16467926) seeks a professional Umrah Travel Agent to manage enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Responsibilities include advising clients on packages, hotels, flights and transfers; preparing bespoke quotations; assisting with visa documentation; maintaining client records and follow-ups; and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Preferred: experience in Umrah or travel consultancy; fluency in English and Urdu;
- Skills: confident customer service, basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, Email; GDS a plus); target-driven and self-motivated.
