We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave administration. The successful candidate will ensure policy compliance, support claims management, and communicate benefits information clearly to employees.

• Responsibilities: manage enrollments, coordinate with vendors, maintain policy compliance, assist with claims, and develop benefits communications.
• Qualifications: 2+ years of HR or benefits experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with benefits platforms.
