Job Description
The Junior Upwork Bidder will identify relevant Upwork opportunities, craft tailored and persuasive proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to secure new clients. This role supports lead generation, client communication, and bid tracking to improve win rates.
- Search, filter, and prioritize Upwork projects that match company services
- Write customized, error-free proposals and submit within optimal timeframes
- Respond professionally to client inquiries and schedule meetings for senior staff
- Coordinate estimates with designers/developers and maintain CRM or spreadsheet records
- Report bidding activity and refine strategies based on feedback and market trends
