Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced intelligent agent systems. In this leadership role you will define architecture for conversational and autonomous agents, develop reinforcement learning and planning pipelines, integrate large language and multimodal models, optimize system performance, and mentor engineering teams. You will work closely with product stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering
- Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience with LLMs, RL or planning systems
- Strong system design, cloud deployment (AWS or GCP), and MLOps skills
- Excellent communication and a product-focused mindset
