Job Description
ABIC seeks an HR Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, recordkeeping, audits, and offboarding. The role includes developing and updating HR policies, advising on employee relations, and training HR and business teams.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field; 5–7+ years in HR compliance or employment law.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA; HRIS proficiency; auditing experience; excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs250,00–Rs300,00/month. Location: In person.
