Job Description
Bioniks.org is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to manage client and patient telephone inquiries, deliver timely and professional assistance, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include registering new patients in the ERP portal, updating customer and patient files, and staying current on company products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), and a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
- Benefits: Medical coverage, Provident Fund (PF), and performance-based bonus.
- Compensation: Up to Rs50,00 per month. Work location: On-site.
